Account information: name, business email, phone number, company name, job title, and login credentials.
Business data: records you or your team enter into ILAB ERP modules — HR records, finance entries, inventory data, customer information, project data.
Usage data: log data, device information, IP address, browser type, pages visited, feature usage, and performance metrics.
Communications: messages you send to our support, sales, or feedback channels.
To provide, operate, and maintain the ILAB ERP platform and its 29+ modules.
To authenticate users, enforce role-based access, and secure your workspace.
To respond to support requests, provide onboarding, and improve product quality.
To send service updates, security alerts, and — with your consent — marketing communications.
To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal or business data. We share information only with trusted infrastructure providers, payment processors, authorities when required by law, and any successor entity in a merger — with continued data protection.

We retain your business data for as long as your account is active. After account termination, data is retained for up to 90 days for recovery purposes and then permanently deleted, unless a longer retention is required by law.
