Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an ILAB ERP account or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. The service

ILAB ERP provides a cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform with 29+ integrated modules.

3. Account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract to use ILAB ERP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Subscription and payment

ILAB ERP is offered under subscription plans described on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, upload malicious content, or resell without permission.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to ILAB ERP. You grant us a limited license to host, process, back up, and display the Customer Data solely to provide the Services.

7. Intellectual property

ILAB ERP, including its software, design, logos, and documentation, is owned by us and our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Service availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided via email and, on eligible plans, phone during business hours (GMT+6).

9. Third-party integrations

ILAB ERP may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

10. Warranty disclaimer

The Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ILAB ERP from any claim arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach with reasonable notice.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 14 days before taking effect.
